Had an amazing time at Animal Kingdom today with Angie. I can now see why so many people list the Festival of the Lion King as their favourite thing to do there. It was incredible. Finding Nemo: the Musical not so much.
Finally got to see some more rarer animals while on the safari - Lioness and the White Rhino

I found kangaroos while exploring the park and got overly excited (I do not regret this as guests then started asking me questions about them!)
We went to the Yak and Yeti for lunch and I just know I'll have to go back before I leave. The food was amazing. Service was pretty good as well for it being run by an outside provider (Disney doesn't actually own the resturant)

Maple Tamarind Chicken - Seared chicken breast, Indonesian tamarind glaze, coconut ginger rice, baby bok choy, shiitake mushroom stir fry
I got to walk all the way around the Tree of Life and look at all the animal carvings. It truly is beautiful. So much detail and hard work went into making it, you can really tell. I also got to ride DINOSAUR for the first time, I can now completely understand why children are frightened off it! It was alright.
